  We called Stan's to fix our refrigerator. They came (an hour later than scheduled). Diagnosed the problem, left and stated they would call me back first thing in the morning with total cost of repairs for parts and labor. Never called. I called them, I was told the technician would call me back... No call.... Called the next day, same song and dance... no return call from the technician. 6 phone calls and no return calls, I have moved on. For years, Stan's had been my go to for repairs. I have since taken my business to a company that is NOT LOCAL! That is sad. I try and shop local but these local companies don't want the business. You'd think that Stan's would have been returning my calls and completed the repairs as they were adding the $100 service call to the final bill for repairs. All of which their company is out. This has gone on for 4 months. 4 months too long. If you want reliable appliance repair with great customer service and returned phone calls, give Tony's Appliance & Repair your business. They are very professional and not sketchy at all!
